On one of our many gigs out in the world we found ourselves in Germany to cater a private party. In the kitchen, an elder german chef worked. We noticed that his knives, which looked like they was from the last century, was still razor sharp. “Ze knife muss be zu german steel”. He meant that as long as the knife was made from quality steel, which they really can make in Germany, they would last for generations with proper maintenance.
So we decided there and then to make a series of the most used steel utensils in the kitchen, all in high carbon high quality german steel. Now you also can enjoy these fabulous products and pass them on to your next generation.
